This 1 year honours course is aimed at applicants intending to work in disciplines associated with the natural, geographical and computer sciences. The degree is intended to equip graduates with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge they need to incorporate GIS techniques in their every day work routine. Successful completion of the degree will qualify students for entry into the Master in GIS degree.

Interested applicants should have:

• A first degree (three years), preferrably in the natural, geographical or computer sciences.
• Have equivalent of Math I, or maths and stats at University Level
• Be computer literate
